Ed Feulner, currently President of The Heritage Foundation, was here from the beginning with unflagging support. He was the closest friend and confidante of Don Lipsett. As we learn from the remarks of Ken Cribb at the Memorial Service, Don Lipsett always referred to Edwin J. Feulner, Jr. as "Eddie" and named his dog after him.
